Ultra-Fresh Designs

While our high resilient foam is intrinsically… highly resilient, we sometimes need to take that to the next level. When our customers require foam that can withstand moist environments and odoriferous circumstances, we add an Ultra-Fresh formulation to help ensure our foam resists microorganisms and funguses taking hold and multiplying within the foam.   

Some of our most common applications of Ultra-Fresh are wheelchair and custom motorcycle seats. In these applications, the likelihood of the foam being exposed to moisture or other conditions is much higher. Adding Ultra-Fresh helps to ensure that, should the covering be compromised, the foam will not develop unpleasant odours or become contaminated.
