Assembled Rigid Foam Sections

Modular furniture has been a mainstay of the design world forever. Applying that ability to more complex shapes and in less expected areas has allowed us to maximize our customers tooling dollars and realize more complicated designs than ever. 

Often designers will come to us with a sectional design in mind. In other cases, designers propose products that they think will require two, three, or four large moulds to get as many large furniture pieces. In these cases, we will work with our customers to recommend innovative approaches to moulding. 

This bench seating program can be molded as a single seat, two-seat, or even three-seat version by using a mould for the right and left sections of the bench and then combining the right and left sections with a separately molded center insert section. This makes the program infinitely extendable while only using three, much smaller moulds.
